Thank you all for supporting the 2010 World's Greatest Shave on Friday 12th March. The event at the Pannawonica Sports Club was a huge success with approximately 200 people in attendance. It was great to see people in the community coming down to support the event. We are currently in the process of collecting donations. With online donations, money raised on the night and donations to collect, the total figure should be approximately $6,000!! Well done Pannawonica! An exact amount should be determined within the next two weeks. A big thank you to our participants - Darren ‘Blocky’ Goff (RTIO), Robert Gavlik (Spotless) and Peter Ferguson (RTIO) for shaving and Marty Clayson (Spotless) for waxing his legs! Congratulations to Darren for being our leading fundraiser, raising $3289! A fantastic effort! A few people need to be thanked. Without their help, the event would not have been possible! Our volunteers on the night – hairdresser Kerrie Dann, waxer Susan Henderson, Neil Williams on the BBQ, Maddie Milton & Emily Kirkwood for the hair colouring and MC extraordinaire David ‘Figgy’ Milton. Thanks to the Pannawonica Sports Club for once again providing us with a great venue.
