In the last week of January 2010, our best friends' son Carter who is just 7 years old, was diagnosed with ALL, Acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This has shocked me and made me realise I don't know enough about it. The main thing I've learnt so far, is that the patients and families need support. So... I'm taking part in the Leukaemia Foundation's World's Greatest Shave 2010. Please sponsor me! The funds we raise will help the Leukaemia Foundation to provide practical care and support to patients and families living with leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood disorders. If you'd like to join me, I'd be happy to team up with you, let's colour and shave together!
